Book of Love - chapter 4

If you can't work out what this one is about, I've definitely got the form wrong!

Constant presence in my heart
Holding my soul in their hands
Innocently trusting me
Loving so wholeheartedly
Demanding I return their love.
Returning affection openly
Ever sure that I'll be there,
Nothing must us ever part.

    It's an acrostic Richerd. The first letter of each line give the topic when read downward.
